Account Managers support Business Development Representatives by managing existing relationships with companies throughout an assigned territory. Therefore, enabling GTR to meet or exceed client staffing expectations by building business relationships with current companies and clients. Account Managers must have strong customer service and communication. As well as, develop strong relationships with the Recruitment Teams to assist in staffing strategies to better service our clients.
The on-site coordinator will support the Recruitment and Sales department by working as a representative of GTR at one of our client’s physical locations. In addition to supporting onboarding procedures at the client’s site. They will conduct similar job duties as the sourcing coordinator to increase the pool of qualified candidates. As well as, assist with identifying and preparing candidates for job assignments.
The primary goal of the Sourcing Department is to increase the pool of qualified and available candidates. Sourcing Coordinators also assist Recruiters in identifying and preparing candidates for job assignment. This is done through connecting job seekers with new positions as they help them move their career forward. Sourcing Coordinators with connect with top candidates by utilizing various methods such as; online searches, internet postings, job/career fairs, local trade schools, networking, and referrals.
